The First Thursday Street Gallery is April to October, on the first Thursday of each month. City blocks are closed off in NW Portland on 13th street between Hoyt and Kearney.
The event is from 5 p.m. To 9 p.m. The Street Gallery showcases original, hand crafted work by local area artists and makers.

What is Urban Art Network?
Urban art network is a registered 501-c3 non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for self-representing local artists. We work to create inspiring venues for artistic expression and promote the development of an artist network. We support direct exchange between artists, patrons, and the community. For the past 24 years, we have been running the first thursday street gallery, a beloved community event. Our organization is entirely volunteer-run by artists, for artists.
When and Where is the First Thursday Street Gallery?
The first thursday street gallery is held every first thursday of the month, april through october. You can find us on nw 13th st between glisan and kearney. Need an address for your gps? Navigate to 701 nw 13th ave portland, or 97209.
How much does it cost to attend?
First thursdays is free to the public! We encourage a $2 donation, but this is not mandatory. Donations can be made here or in person at our info booth located at nw 13th & irving during the event.
Where do I park?
Although we do not have a dedicated parking lot, there is ample street parking near the event.
Are dogs allowed at First Thursdays?
Yes, however, please keep all animals on a leash during the event.
