I have been making jewelry for over 20 years and my current work represents the evolution of my trials and errors, mistakes and discoveries. I have have dabbled in everything from bead making to wire wrapping, stamping to resin – and most everything in between. I stumbled - happy accident like - into making pieces with flower petals under resin. I was working with botanicals in resin and had a leaf and rose petal that just didn't fit and in an a-ha moment found beauty through thinking outside the bezel. I work with tulips, hydrangea, roses, sunflowers, pansies, echinacea, irises, lavender, dahlia and peonies. I gather and press all my own petals in the Pacific NW. I strive to create pieces to be wanted, loved, and coveted. I make pieces that speak to their wearer and highlight the beauty of mother nature.
