 As an artist and teacher, I feel obligated to lead by example and try to reduce art waste whenever possible.  By its nature, creating art uses natural resources.  I think it’s important to be mindful of that and to reuse materials whenever we can. Pieced Together is my new artistic venture in which I take secondhand fabric, clean it, and give it a new life. Rugs, placemats, pot holders, plant holders and more created out of upcycled fabric.
