Flossieolivedesigns began as a curiosity and a desire to do something meaningful with my surroundings and turn “scrap” into functional art. Wood work is a combination of reclaimed various species of wood crafted into cutting boards, serving trays and air plant vessels. Metal work is acid etching, forging and patina experimentation on various surfaces. Sharing a personal experience through functional design.
