Merril is a self-taught artist who hails from the Midwest, but has lived from coast to coast and throughout Latin America; she currently calls Portland home. While her formal education & background lies in water resources and climate resiliency, Merril has been playing with scissors and a gluesticks her whole life. Merril’s work uses recycled materials in a bright & colorful way with the hope to ignite joy for our beautiful earth, spur conversation and create positive change.
