I am a local, Portland artist who creates wooden world maps to hang on the wall using recycled wood. I am passionate about my crafting and woodworking and have a blast creating each one. They are approx. 3 feet by 21.5 inches.

I use a antique, vintage poster and transfer it onto separate wooden pallets. Then I distress it, giving it a more vintage feel. I assemble them and fasten the boards together with wooden strips and a nail gun. I wood burn my signature on the back and attach a hook to mount onto the wall.

I love to travel and I love crafting with wood so I tried making one of these with the help of my Dad, and I fell in love with creating them.
