I paint primarily using oil paint as well as thickened acrylic for added texture. I enjoy the rich and bold colors I'm able to communicate using oil paint, as well as the emotional nuance acrylic textures convey. My body of work is derived from a childlike curiosity about the world around me, and an adult desire to connect to it. My art illuminates the hidden colors and beauty in my viewer's daily life.
