In my Paper Strata Art I use up to 81 layers of colored paper to create intricate images with depth. Each layer of my originals is hand-cut using an xacto blade, building them up from 2D drawings into bas-relief sculptures. I then reproduce them as lasercut editions and artist books, so that everyone can bring these delicate windows into abstracted worlds home with them.
