Stick and Feather Artist that tells a story with every piece created
I am a former classically trained pianist who has utilized this skill of hand and heart to create one-of-a-kind pieces of stick and feather art. My prior background was a PhD in counseling/leadership, which played a significant role in my artwork as each piece is a personal process that tells a story. The eco-sticks and legally and ethically sourced feather art embody realism's beauty through the use of resin in the sticks, along with oil painting techniques utilizing the rachis of feathers. Having previously worked in Santa Fe amongst master artists who constructed unique creations, I embraced elegant and sophisticated art that can be brought to any room. The captivating theme of the art is portrayed in every piece. With a focus on detail and depth, these creations are a testament to my passion for living in and through every piece created. Using feathers, oils, and eco-jewelry creates a rich and vibrant palette that brings the artwork to life. My artwork is on display at The Watermark here in the Pear District.
