I create hand-dyed, wearable art pieces and home decór using the ice-dyeing method. Due to the spontaneous nature of the melting ice, each piece I make is completely unique, unable to ever be replicated. This technique is a meditative process for me, a lesson in letting go and surrendering to the flow. 

My dye art is a celebration of the patterns and portals that surround us, drawing inspiration from symmetry and shapes found in nature. My wall tapestries (aka "seek-and-finds") are reminiscent of Rorschach inkblots. I always enjoy hearing the images that people discover in them.

I have been selling my technicolor designs online and at markets for the past nine years. I deeply enjoy making connections with other artists in the community as well as forming relationships with my customers. Custom orders are heavily encouraged! I love collaborating on a creative vision. People have asked me to dye everything from duvet covers to wedding dresses.

Ice-dyeing is truly my passion and I'm so grateful for all the people I've met through it and the places it has taken me. A few years ago I had the privilege of teaching my method to almost 500 elementary school students as part of a two-week artist residency program. The experience had a profound impact on me and inspired me to pursue my teaching career further. Since then I've also hosted a significant number of all-age and adult ice-dyeing workshops. It has been such a gift to get to share my love of this art form with so many people over the years. :)
