Mixed Media Artist

I am a mixed media artist born and raised on the Pacific Coast. I currently work from my Portland, Oregon studio and travel seasonally to a satellite studio on Maui - collecting sights, sounds and inspiration from one coast to the other. 

My work has evolved from traditional oil on canvas with focus on the figure to a more conceptual, and interpretive approach to mixed media creation. Rough edges, plenty of texture, along with the contrast of feminine form and suggestive urban edge define my artistic aesthetic. As a student of art and design I hold a deep appreciation for classic design- as it is the canvas on which modern creations are painted.
