What is the time schedule for First Thursday
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Street is closed and marked. Preparations begin.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Artist sign-in and set up You must sign in before you set up. Stop by the sign-in table at NW 13th and Hoyt. Those with advanced reservations are checked in before walk-ins. There is a sign up sheet for walk-ins. We will try to get walk-ins signed in as quickly as possible after 4:00 pm, or as soon as space becomes available. If you are approved as a walk-in, you'll pay the display fee. UAN accepts cash and checks and credit cards. You may then proceed to your space.
4:00 pm - Deadline for holding reserved spaces If you are going to be late, email us ahead of time that you want us to save your space. Otherwise, at 4:00 reserved spaces will be forfeited to walk-ins.
10 pm - Take Down Please do not break down your display before 10 pm. If you must leave early, please notify the Urban Art Network staff and respectfully pack your things out. Begin breaking down your display at 10pm and try to have the street cleared by 10:30pm. You are responsible for clearing your area of trash.
