How do I register to participate in the Street Gallery

You must be a member on the website to qualify for advanced registration. The advanced registration event usually happens in March. The UAN announces the date of this in-person event on its website approximately two weeks before the event takes place. Artists may register and pay for the upcoming season.

You can also sign up during the First Thursday event. From 3:00 pm - 5:00pm you can pay for any months remaining in the season, provided you meet the criteria of website registration.

As space permits, we also accept walk-in presenters. These spots are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so a spot is not guaranteed. You should build your profile ahead of time so that images of your work have already been approved. If you have already done this, you may pay for multiple months at once. If you have not uploaded your images, you may bring samples of your work and request to participate. Please keep in mind that this latter approach slows down the process for everybody. To register as a walk-in, visit the event sign-in table located at NW 13th and Irving. Walk-in hours begin at 4:00p.m. on First Thursdays. Remember, the earlier you get there, the better chance you have of getting a spot.
